twisted was my first party.. at the time i was 15.. i am 16 now... no i didnt start going to raves because i wanted to pop... first off i wanted to goto a rave.. becuz yes i am 15.. and its not like i can goto clubs becuz i dun have fake id.. (yet.. lol) .. but also... im all about the dancing... and skool dances or community dances jus dun cut it.. like they play old crap ass dance or techno... do u ever hear a jungle or dnb or breaks song at a skool dance..?? no! .. 2nd off... its about havign fun w/ my friends..NOT about the drugs... there is so much drama put into the ages.. but have u noticed most of the "older" ravers.. started wen they were this age.. and i jus dun understand why ppl cant fukin do wut the point of a rave is supposed to be.... having fun, listening to music, and dancing... !!!!! its ur choice if u wanna pop.. dun blame it on commercialization. u should be happy more ppl are involved.. becus all the negativity and stereo types of raves have been over looked.. ppl now kno wut raving is kinda about .. but still ppl take it to far.. i dunno how to put this in any other way.. instead of being ignorent and telling ppl wuts wrong w/ raves.. educate them.. and tell them the ups AND downs.. these are my 2 cents that i put in.. i honestly could careless wut ppl think bout it... so.. jus remember.. keep it safe, have fun and do wut u went there to do... RAVE!

And kids will do their drugs somewhere else if the plaza gets shut down. There will always be new places to go. Its not about the place, its the decision evry1 makes for themselves. Been so long since I've been to the plaza.

In my opinion I don't think that younger kids example 16 or younger should be able to goto raves... u should be at least 18 or like 17... kids that are 15 should still be goin to the park lol.. I think its sad to see kids that are 15 doing E and coke and watever else.. but like ppl have said in this thread it would be pointless to shut the plaza down and kids will just do there drugs else where... but there should be a limit to the age of ppl goin to raves... u kno u see these 25 year old guys hitting on these "kids" that are all higher than shit its just NO GOOD... but this is my opinion so yah.. lataz

no they can be 15 16 and at a rave doing drugs where there are ppl around to help if somin goes wrong or they can do them in the park where noones around to help if they OD or what not they die im 16 and love to party and the fact you want to take that away from me cuz of the whole drug scene and what not is bullshit thats no fair.........who said all young kids at raves do drugs and fuck if u go there and get hit on learn to deal with yourself and if your higher then fuck and dont know how to handle it then ur already off to a bad start THE PLAZA DOESNT MAKE PPL DO DRUGS

hey like i said it was just my opinion.. i kno if i was a parent and i found out my 15 yr old daughter was at a rave high ondrugs i would not be impressed!!! n i never said i couldn't handle the drugs lol.. i have a bf n hes wit me at all the raves i don't have a prob wit guys n i kno how to handle my self.. n im not saying u vant handle it either but there some teens that just put themselves in bad situations..

IF you go raving because the want to meet new people and get accepted that's sad...i would never go to a rave just to get "accepted" in a group. I go raving because I love to just chillout with my friends meet new people but not to get accepted. Nevertheless you are entitled to your own opinion. This is just my thought. But i do agree that majority people do go to raves to have a good time and hey if you meet a new friend or to that's just better for you
I agree....its not about being accepted....i for one go to parties to have fun and dance to the music i OH SO LOVE!!!! If i meet new people then wikked.....i mostly go to see the dj's spinn their shit and have a good time....because personaly i hate going to clubs...i dont like the venue i dont like the vibes it gives off....parties every one is having a good time..not wanting to get picked up by some guy like at clubs....not caring about what you look like (well to some) or if some one is a loser or not....every one is every bodys friend at raves....(even tho people are messed up) but thats not the point....I go to parites for the good vibes the music and the people.....and have you seen how some people dance at clubs...OMG!!!!!!!!!! Some have style...but one time when i went to the Mirage Shiny disco balls came on and i saw people bumping and grinding to the song....i was like OMFG!!!!! I was out raged!!!! lmao.....any how im going off topic here.......its not about acceptance its about PLURR!!!!!!!!!!!! If you all fooked or not....Just know your limits and know where your shit is coming from.....

^^ I had my first drink when I was 17. I got plastered for the first time when I was 18. It wasn't until I was 19 that I drank with any regularity more than quarter-annually. I smoked my first doobie at 20. I did shrooms for the first time at 21, and had my first real shroom trip at 22.
I figure by 28 I'll be a heroin addict. Point is I managed to get by high school without really touching any drugs. Why is it such a problem for others to?

everyone makes different choices and we all need to respect those choices but to penalize those who make different choices isnt right ppl go to the plaza to have a good time for those who need drugs to have a good time im sorry to hear tha but not everyone needs that u shouldnt have an age limit on parties its not fair to those who party safe and know what they are doing

you people should keep yours, and others drug habbits a little more on the down low. If any authorities were to read this, more than just the plaza would be getting shut down. Come on people think about it. People are gonna do what they want to do so let 'em , but saying what all these little kids are doing is only heating our selves out

There is nothing wrong with bumping and grinding....its just im more of an "independent dancer" i guess thats how to put it....i like to dance by myself when im dancing to electronic music....im not saying i dont bump and grind...but theres apropriate music to do that to....ya know??? I dont know i have my oppinion and others have theirs....but if you bump and grind to electronic music you have every right as rain to do so.....im not saying its wrong.

Well I have been partying since 98, first party was at The Ministry Of Sound Club in London, and I had a great time. great vibe, good venue, been partying ever since. But first off, I am truly sorry about the young individual that OD'd. Second, Plaza is a great venue, one of the best I have seen. Thirdly, several individuals put these parties on for all of you, put their soul into bringing a mind blowing party for everyone, through flyering, booking, etc. for one reason, giving you a kick ass unforgetable experience. PROPS to all of yall! To say that a venue should be shut down due to maybe one or two people, from their point of view, made an honest mistake, well, I'm sorry but that is a weak arguement, and is very unjust. Just because these hard working people want to put together an epic party and promote it, at all costs (which is their job), doesn't mean that the venue which they feel can enhance the consumer's experience should be shut down. It should be the person themselves that should be shut down, as stated many many posts back. I feel that a resolution to this is simple. 1.)More security 2.)A Readily available emergency team on site (depending on the size of the party). It might be a undesirable solution to some, but its for everyone's benefit, once again, I am very sorry about that incident, I hope you get better and learn from it.

i think there should be an age limit to parties i know if they had em when i first went to parties that would suck but it probably would have been better for me they should make it like 16+ because at least then their brains are somewhat developing and yeah stupid kid shouldnt have done "E" how many pills were taken like damb! i have done 4 at once and was fine she take like 12 or something man peoples are way too retarded nowadays

I agree with Dj skratch i totaly think people should apreciate what production companies do with throwing parties for us to have a wikked time.....if it wernt for them we wouldnt have parties to go to....... :PartEkid: Props to all of you!!!!! and i also agree with Beki....yes i think there should be some what of an age limit...but that still doesnt stop people from poping tons of pills in a night....and damn 4 AT ONCE and you were fine!!!!! thats a lil extreme...must not be good e....lmao no offence...but DAMN!! Its sad to see 13-14-15 yr olds do drugs....(not including pot) but still you know...they are so young...dont do drugs kids...lol...but still drugs are still not good to do for any one of any age....its just sad to see kids do drugs....it is....makes me wanna cry :014: but i guess its their choice....but damn like E is one of the most addicting drugs cuz it makes you feel so good and to feel that good the e poping happens more offten and the numbers doubble......if one does to much e over a while...or short piriod of time....you can become permanantly depressed and have to do drugs just to make you feel normal again. If some one gets to that point you have a major problem...not saying that any one here is like that.....im just saying from facts that i have read.
