i was requested to make fun....so here i go.
the four bolt steelies compared to a five bolt integra type r rim would def through me off. the front bumper is lookin pretty wack for some reason. maybe an sir bumper with a cf lip would do the trick, the spoiler has to go, the lids?????no way, ctr headlights?? definately, seats????like oh my god :sick: that's def. not bren's car. not even close.

dont get me wrong.....this car has potential. and everybody is entitled to there own opinion :c-tard:

the rims (or lack of rims) and headlight eyelids are pretty cheese, but the rest of car looks pretty clean. the CF hood is a personal choice, I like em but some people consider them rice. (at least it's not just painted black, I hope?)

btw, taking off hubcaps could be seen as a positive move for racing... less weight. not by much, but those little 4 bangers need all they can get. though, i'm quite sure that isn't the aim.

personally, i'm thinking of taking the seats out of my car. i'm curious how much a weight reduction would affect its performance. i don't really use the seats anyways... kind of drastic, but it's worth it. ricers get really pissed off when some dude in a rusty old 85 toyota tercel hatchback can outdrive them. :)

yeah, the weight savings are kinda made redundant with the weight of the groundforce mods and the spoiler...

read closer! 85 toyota tercel right now... piece of shit, but so much fun to drive! i know pretty much every last bit about how she runs, right down to the sloshing of gas in the tank when cornering. i know her so well, that i could probably outdrive any of the ricers on the board here given a route without many straights (going fast is stupid. knowing how to take a corner, however, takes skill.)

before that though, i bought my parent's 86 mazda 626. warped the head in it, however, and she's mothballed awaiting funds to be fixed. gorgeous car to drive, and goes like stink too. but just not quite as fun as the tercel.. nor is it as satisfying using against the ricers.. ;)

ie. raging body kit ( prob rat bagged cause buddy cant drive) ornaments all over the dash for god knows what reason, really ugly yet very expensive paint job, maybe some chrome rims, a huge spoiler and neon lights inside car, around license plate, unde car,........oh ya and some wack sounding cheap ass exhaust.

carbon fibre hoods are yes supposed to be for weight reduction but......they also look sik as hell.

Riced out... but I am biased against anyone who would pour tons of cash to make a economy car into a "racer".

It just makes no sense to me so I guess I'm just getting old.

it seems pretty silly to invest in a CF hood if you aren't particularly interested in the utilitarian aspect of it. you could paint the present hood flat black and you'd get the same look. of course, you might say that it's not the same, and the CF hood gives you status and bragging rights. to that, i'd say lol. few other body mods serve any purpose than to look pretty (gaudy) and give the illusion of speed. i don't see how a painted hood would be different than getting a Type R sticker or spoiler.

that being said, i respect the man who drives a rice-mobile without any weight/drag-adding body mods. i know that he's serious about performance, and isn't going to dilly-dally around trolling for tuna at metrotown.
