Finally someone other than me can find the hidden charges on their phone bill. I'm not paying my 200 dollar phone bill when it's supposed to be 45. I don't appreciate that even if I pay by their stupid lame ass date of a wekk from when they send the letter, I always have my money added yup on the next bill. I call tehm and tell them if they keep on doing that then they will lose me as a customer...they have horible customer service and teh roaming charges that they justify as "it's your fault for not looking for the triangle when you pick up the phone" are just plain ludacris. I feel I am being ripped off and with no reason at all (seriously) to stay I think I'm going to switch to rodgers. It works out because I work for the city of surrey so we get a cool phone deal through them if we bring a pay stub. Free phone free evenings and weekends 25 bucks a month...and it's one of those camera phones!!!

not when I wasn't roaming. It's at my house since I live so close to the border Telus likes to pretend I get calls from the US. Apparently I'm supposed to not answer my phone if there's a little black triangle at teh top of the screen unless I want roaming...
