To suggest that Twisted or Solid Corp. are the ones who purposely distributed fake tickets is ludicrous.
I am not affiliated with any of these companies, but I have been attending their parties for many years. For the most part, every one of their parties has been well done. Sure, we can complain about the decorations, sound, lighting, the DJs, etc. but in terms of delivering a show that people will enjoy, both of these companies have done their job, and therefore have established their reputations as elite production companies in Vancouver.
I myself was not at the party, but some of my friends here in Vancouver were victims of these fake tickets, which is obviously unfortunate.
Twisted has been around for quite a while. Uh-Oh and Shy Brothers (Solid) are not far behind in terms of how long they've been around either. To suggest that they distributed fake tickets in order to make extra profit is ludicrous to me. Before you point fingers, ask yourself:
If I were a production company like Twisted or Solid, and I'm planning to put on more parties in the future, WHY would I DESTROY my company's reputation by selling fake tickets JUST to generate extra revenue? Why destroy my company's reputation, thus eliminating any possible chance of putting on future shows? Furthermore, why have my friends to whom I sold tickets to suddenly hate me for stealing their money on purpose? Is it worth it? Is the extra revenue worth it in order to sacrifice your company's credibility (which has unlimited potential to generate future income) and countless friendships? The obvious answer is NO.
Sounds ludicrous to me...
I think some people on this board should use their brain before they go around and make accusations. Let more information surface before we go around lynching people who don't deserve it.
