when i'm at an all-night massive with trance i'll have one glowstick, but only for trance. I just like to hold onto something while dancing, most of the time I just have a water bottle.

ITS ONLY AS SAFE AS YOU LET IT BE!! If you do drugs, be cautious, if you don't do any drugs obviously its gonna be a little safer you know.
