both old and new djs have their merits but i'm leaning slightly towards the new dj... many new dj's have that flame and desire to do something new. when you hear a new dj out of the thousands who just blows you right the fuck away, alot of the time you know that this kid is gonna do big things in the future.
alot of old djs have this egotistical attitude that they know it all, been through it all, and they pretty much think whatever they play, people should like. i can't stand some of these fucks who're so fuckin high on themselves in public. it pretty much goes with anything other than djing... the money will come if you stay true from day one... once your attitude shifts things can get alot more difficult. but don't get me wrong. there are those who hold their own, and maintain the fire in them to spill amazing music from the heart and their sounds evolve into something so sophisticated and deep one can only reach to such a level from years of experience. |
