Boomtown is my favorite place to shop, but obviously i'm biased... still, we can't be beat for promos, especially in the Breaks & DnB sections. We've recently expanded our hip hop & reggae sections, so now we carry TONS of old-skool classics & hot new joints for prices well below those of other local shops... our only downfall is that we get picked over too quickly on shipment days! Beat Street gets huge props from me, they have an insane shop & great staff... but as any experienced record shopper knows, you can't find everything in one place....
That said, OTIS is my favorite place (other than my own) to buy vinyl. I rarely walk out of there less than $100 poorer. Always good finds, and Todd usually has a cold one waiting for me when i walk in :) good times!! |
