diet time!
so in the last couple months i've gotten disgusting, and it's time to toiten things up.
i'm exercising and eating simple foods. i need to loose everything i've gained and then some in 3-4 weeks. do you think 10lbs in a month is realistic? any tips? any exercises you'd recommend to get rid of a tummy and thighs? |

10 lbs is alot to lose in one month but u can do it if you really want to and stick to your goal. Cut white carbs out of your diet... pasta..white bread.. rice.. stuff like that. eat non fat/lowfat stuff. im really into healthy diet stuff.. so yah if u got any questions ill help ya if i can...Good Luck!

10lbs in a month is easy super easy actually, dont even worry about hitting weights hard, ur diet will have to be sound and mean sound, no cheat days, no just bites if ur true to ur diet u will lost those 10lbs.
not sure how much u weight but try and eat at least 1 gram of protien per pound of ur weight. NO junk food at all, in fact no carbs at all eat carbs 2 times a day breakfast and lunch, try and get them from brown rice and whole weat breads, no pasta or white bread or cookies things like that, if ur feeling real weak have some veggies or fruit. Dont eat anything with more then 5grams of saturated fat in it. the only thing u should drink is water no coffee or juice or pop, u can have 2 glasses of milk a day though but only if its before supper, and NO carbs not even fruit and veggies after 6 oclock at night. CARDIO!!! lots of it, 2 times day everyday!!! right when u wake up before u eat, and right before supper. they should be rather intense too push urself everytime u step into the gym, make them 30min for the first week, 45 second week, 1hour next week. u do this to a tee and u will lose the 10lbs and way more in a months time. |

im lucky i got a super metabolism but if u want some help i am sure i can do it... right now i currently am 5'10 and 150 pounds but i can fluxuate quite a bit when i used to play hockey and football (eg only 18 so it was only a year ago i played all these sports) just drop me a line on msn some time at [email protected] 2 underscores in there.......... i can give you quite a few pointers on gaining, losing, and toneing but as far as bodybuilding and getting really huge i know how too but i never have done it so i wont give advise on how to.

honestly.
in my opinion, eat wut u want.. make sure u dont eat too much fatty foods.. the whole organic bit of food.. IN MY OPINION is lame. work out. why should u limit urself w/ stuff that prob doesnt taste as good. but, if ur finding ur loosing weight or w/e by eating all that, then by all means go for it. the only advice id give to u is def work out. -make a running schedule.. like monday,wednesday,friday go for a run.. every 2 weeks make ur run last alittle bit longer.. that will def work out ur thigh's and legs. as for the tummy.. jus do different sets of sit ups.. u can do this all w/out a gym... if u want faster results hit up a gym. look on the net for good work out tips.. things like that. i went to a physical education & rec training camp like 2 yrs ago.. military based.. i was in very good shape, and my body was good.. i didnt eat any organic foods.. and wen i came back i pretty much ate wut i wanted... the thing that set me back was i started to blaze and smoke and then i jus lost shape. |
