I understand if its for religion and stuff, but otherwise sex is healthy.not to mention some of their arguments dont make much sense..

I think the whole thing is a personal choice and anyone who really cares to make fun of these people for it should mind their own business. That said, they crossed the line bringing in god into this and making a fuckin pledge, an article is already bad enough. Though I do agree with Kelly that Britney Spears should sicken her, this is just another played excuse to spread christianity and it's control mechanism to people who think they are doing the right thing.
Now for some quotes. "It's called self-control -- if you can't control your emotions it's a pretty sad state." How about realizing sex can also be a physical gift from one person to another, and with emotions well-tempered, one can just enjoy the ride. Wait a minute let me guess, you got to much self control to question your own moral dogma? "Believing that true love waits, I make a commitment to God, myself, my family, my friends, my future mate, and my future children to a lifetime of purity, including sexual abstinence from this day until the day I enter a biblical marriage relationship." Saving yourself if you want to do that I find no fault in. It's your body, so it's your business. When you bring god into the picture, that's when you start fucking with emotions. Who can truthfully enjoy an orgasm when they think they will burn in hell for it?

Im disapointent in you kids especialy Jake, Noaln and Simon you guys are usualy so open minded and mature? I think thats a pretty cheep luagh. I respect what these kids are doing... Personaly I dont think you need to wait till marige, but I do belive some self control to who you let your emotions fly away too is a good healthy strong disition.
