don't you kids all realize that your great aunt gladys is going to give you money for christmas anyways?
"but wizzfish, that's only like $20!" And there, my friends, is the ticket price difference that you didn't have to pay. It's NYE, *THE* biggest party night of the year anywhere you go, and those that have to work WANT to party, and if they're working want to be paid handsomely. I seriously don't understand why everyone complains about ticket pricing...if you can't afford it, then save up a little more. |

Yea but the Seattle party has a liquor section also..4 am or not..thats where I would be..If I actually wanted to go to a massive on NYE..but I doubt I will be at either party..I think massives are overated these days..Too many people, too expensive and just too much effort to put into one night . I prefer smaller intimate parties . Sorry thats my opinion..I am sure your party will do well and probably sell out regardless of the prices of the tickets. Look at the crazy outrageous, crazy prices people were paying for halloween tickets. All that for one overated evening. |

and a whole bunch of newbie ravers (most whom are experimenting with drugs the 1st couple of times)over crammed into a massive party is not dangerous and can result in fatal results?? I used to go to alot of massive parties in NY state where then have liquor licences all night and they party from 8 pm - 9 am . I don't drink personally but alot of my friends whom rave do and they have no problem partying all night..But I do think that if you did get a liquor licence the prices of drinks would probably crazy, ass high just to cover the extra expense..So its not really that much of a big deal..If the ravers want to drink they will drink b4 the party.. What I do think that the production companys in Vancouver that are throwing these massive events should have present at parties though is a dance safe commitee that is there to make the ravers both young and old aware of the drugs that are out there and make them aware of some of the safety precautions to take and helpfull hints to help them out or just someone just to turn to case they feal they are running into trouble. As most people in the scene can see the scene is starting to attract a whole new generation of newbie ravers whom are both uneducated or just not informed of the drugs that are out there. This I think would help alot of people out there.. |

i'd really liek to see each and every one who is complaining bout the prices work on nye and not xpect to get double the money u would get on a regular day...its nye ppl...the staff that works at the party will feel the same way as u all would if they got paid normal wage...i think its not that much of a price seeing as the lineup is pretty costy
