heartless athiest
i have been open about my ceptisicm in the church. though i am not anti - christians, many good people chose to follow a righteous cause, and christianity does incourage and reward those morels.
that said Pope John Paul has lead a more hounerable life than i. this man made a positive change in the world durring his life time, what can you leave behind greater than that.(selfisness becomes irrelevent when you leave your self behind) personaly i respect and admire those darring, and devoted enough to leave a positive lasting mark on the earth. some of my insirations include: Bruce Lee, Ghandi, Luther King, Leonardo, Bob Marley, Princess Diana, Terry Fox.... legends in my eyes who deserve the title legend. Pope John Paul stands with these inspirations in my eyes. this is an example of a man who figured out what was right for him, so decided to uphold those beliefs, and act on them. if only 1/4 of the rest of the population had even 1/4 of this mans conviction, we would be able, as a whole, to create a world for our children surrounded by positive reprocusions, as apposed to our degradeing cultures and ideals... May God watch over you, or again in the way i like to say it PLUR |

if you dont even really know what you are following, why call yourself a christian? now you have just taken on responsibilitys and restrictions imposed by someone you dont know, for some reason you dont know why, so that you may go to heaven, though you dont know (no one does + not even practiceing) i believe that if i were to call myself a christain, the only thing would be any 1)differnt is praying, 2)attending church, 3)and giveing a honerable men(cleregy) right to direct my life in the direction of rightiousness. 1)i work through my problems internaly, as a praying man does, but he feels comforted that somehow he is reciveing help. 2)relations and connections created there often prove founded. lessons tought there do ease your hardships throughout life. to be a good person it sometimes helps to surround yourself with good people. additionaly there is someone to turn to for help in the house of God. again comforting. 2)i think clearly out away from others and there atempts to perswaid my choices. i make life decions, and ponder aspects of my life most often when im hikeing, appreciateing the beauty of my surroundings such as a lake or river, or just walking long distances. *-if you believe God put all this wildlife and diversity here, then i assume you will believe that it was inteded for us to make the most of, the best way we know how. :D 3)an hounerable leader will reward your loyalty by ensureing you lead the life you know you should be liveing. your contrabution will serve a cause with worth. a leader should strive to keep everyone depending on him approatly prepaired and informed. comfortable to think someones looking out for you. my beliefs tell me to lead that life. im of the oppinion that i am only acciveing my purpose in life when i test myself and make the right choices baised on morel fiber, and a true characters worth. if my life is dictated by another, then any other human could be there and it would make no difference. this is not a way to make a mark in life. despite the fact that i cant say im christain anymore i give credit to others likeminded(imposed or enlightend) and enjoy aiding in the churchs projects occationaly. causes sought for, investigated, confidently undertaken, and accived through personal conviction, can never be matched.. my life has tought me lessons hard to accsept sometimes, but i have developed inquisitive, and skeptical initial responces. i take the time to mentaly run through my choices, where they come from, why they were shared with me, and what i need from here, or how i can use new inforation later. my independence reaches far enough to live the life handed to you as an active christain without the benifits. and when i have done it, i will i know i accived my lifes best! i will never have to think "is this what i would really want to have done with my one and only chance at life." yet, anyone who takes the higher rd and has conviction to stick with it, no matter how deep the water gets, is admirable. this person earned an inspirational regard. the religous accspetance is irrelevent in this case. i try never to think less of anyone for makeing a choice i didnt. for it they have learned something i didnt and has something to share, the person opposing you is your greatest allie. but what i wanted to say in this paragraph is a man who serves a cause such as feeding 3rd world contry refugees, is not only better himself for doing so, but also has made a better world. Hindu, Seek, Christian, Morman, Cathlic, Celtic, Tribal, Meditrainen baised, believers of Gia, or scientoligests.... all promote a better self and a better world. too much weight is placed on ritual and structured faiths. the actions and morels of the individual are the only way to judge anyone. though to think less of someone for makeing choices contrary to your own is arrogent. first you must be completely assured that there is no chance you have made the wrong choice. this is never easy. damn everyones sick of listening to me now... |

Well thank god because you sure as hell can't spell to save your life. Next time you have strong opinions on something, it's also a great idea to actually know what you're talking about. Try to keep that in mind for next time. |

I know what i know. if you think im missing something, enlighten me! :)
i do appologize for the spelling everyone, dislexsic (cant even sp it..lol) about the deserveing death thing, i dont meen that in a dissrespectful way. it sounded to me as though your philosophys veiwed death in a reward or accivement type outlook. it sounded interesting... i guess you werent there with me on that train of thought. |
