In Africa today millions of people lead healthy lives by consuming nothing but milk and meat alone.

well, not all of the vitamins and minerals in milk are naturally occuring. eg. vitamin D is fortified to help enhance the absorbtion of calcium. also, a lot of the nutrients that are found in milk can probably be already found in the meats alone, with the addition of things like iron which you can't get from milk. so my guess is, even if they didn't drink milk, they probably would have been fine anyway.
secondly, most of our world's population is actually lactose intolerant. and they have survived just fine over the years.
and lastly, I do believe human milk for humans is somewhat of a 'miracle drink' because babies can survive on that for their first 1-2 years of life. however, I don't really like the idea of drinking some other animal's milk. in all honestly, I really don't see how it's different from drinking your dog's milk.
oh, and to add on to your link, with these African people's higher resistance to malaria, some scientists will attribute this to them being a carrier to the gene that codes for sickle cell anemia, as a result of evolution.
their more robust and harder physical characteristics could also be attributed to their increased complete protein intake to build up muscle, as opposed to those who did not consume animal products and did not know how to mix incomplete proteins together. again, the increased complete protein intake can be derived from meat alone and not necessarily need milk.

at the same time, I also think it's important to know that there's also a huge amount of money behind the dairy industry, and the strength of their market is dependent on convincing YOU that milk IS this perfect, miracle drink.
