that is fucking gross.
do you even know anything about the milk industry? heres some goods for you. for the record, you'll never be in a milk commercial. because milk companies are so rich, the actors unions will never let them shoot a commercial with a non union actor. so keep dreaming. oh and i know this because i've made the last 3 years of got milk commercials that have gone to air. they might pay some of my bills, but i don't have to be all for their products. milk = the nastiest thing on earth. incase you didn't know, somatic cells are also know as puss. all these measurements are PER mL too. so times the number by 500 for your average milk drink container. that just is sooooooo gross. Grade "A" Pasteurized Milk Ordinance (2003 Revision) GRADE "A" RAW MILK AND MILK PRODUCTS FOR PASTEURIZATION, ULTRA-PASTEURIZATION OR ASEPTIC PROCESSING Somatic Cell Count......Individual producer milk not to exceed 750,000 per mL. GRADE "A" PASTEURIZED MILK AND MILK PRODUCTS AND BULK SHIPPED HEAT-TREATED MILK PRODUCTS Temperature..........Cooled to 7°C (45°F) or less and maintained thereat. Bacterial Limits.....20,000 per mL, or gm. Coliform.............Not to exceed 10 per mL. Provided, that in the case of bulk milk transport tank shipments, shall not exceed 100 per mL. Phosphatase..........Less than 350 milliunits/L for fluid products and other milk products by the Fluorometer or Charm ALP or equivalent. Drugs................No positive results on drug residue detection methods as referenced in Section 6 - Laboratory Techniques which have been found to be acceptable for use with pasteurized and heat-treated milk and milk products http://www.cfsan.fda.gov/~ear/pmo03-2.html#sec7 Last edited by PHUNK; Apr 07, 05 at 04:54 PM. |
