can someone just accuse you of oweing them money. (...say 250$)
and take it to small claimes court and then go through yer job to get the money?

No, if they took you to small claims court, then they would have to prove that you owe them money. They would have to submit a recipt or a contract to the court proving that you owe them any amount of $

the defendant usually wins in cases like these. if you are taken to small claims court yes they must have some kind of evidence that u owe them money, and even then it is hard to win, unless you get caught up in some kind of lie, those judges are no fools.

that is correct but it is very important to learn how to lie while looking at her eyes. i believe this is hard to do since that is pretty much the same thing if the devil appeared infront of you and said, if you dont tell me the meaning of life in 5 seconds i will rape you in the ass till you die
