Hmm.. well, I think it all depends on who it is they're cuddling with. If it's one of their really good friends (best friend or whatnot) and you know that's all it is then I don't see it as cheating.
I have a guy friend that I cuddle with whenever I see him and it's only ever that, and when I am dating someone they get to know that this person is no threat in any which way. And also, if the roles were reversed then I would understand (maybe not like it but.. I'd understand).
However if it's just some random friend of theirs then I'd be leary and upset.

Depends on your definition of cuddling. A girl who just jumps on her guy friends to say hi, give them a hug while they are sitting down for a little while. Thats nothing. But actually having an intimate cuddle while watching tv or something, thats emotionally cheating.

I guess I see it a little differently. Almost all of my friends are female adn I'm on a cuddly/affectionate level with many of them. Now some of them I cuddle and do other stuff with, but lots of em I'm just really good friends with and if we are watching a movie together on a couch and we happen to be holding hands or leaning against each other, then that's all it is. Granted often cuddling CAN lead to other stuff but if you are dating someone else, it's your responsibility to stop anything sexual from happening. I've cuddled with other chicks in front of girlfriends and I've cuddled with chicks right in front of thier boyfriends, the fat is everyone concerned understands that it's not threatening and no harm done.

Does anal count as cheating?
