Karmic Dilemma

So recently I bought some stuff from a rather large chain store. Two of the four items purchased was a TV and Home Ent thingy.

Some of the items are on back order, and as such, I am awaiting a second delivery. Naturally, I already picked up the TV.

But it would seem, big chain store does not have record of me taking the TV, and continues to try and deliver more.....

Should I continue declining politely, or just take another TV and sell it, and or keep it for my bedroom?!?!?!?

What if they do realise something doesn't add up later on and start badgering you about it? You'll already feel guilty, and it'll be even worse...particularly if you have to admit it and give it back or get charged for it.

It's a carousel, circular. Pay a quarter take the ride. It's goes up and down, around, the music plays. All things positive.

I haven't had the TV delivered yet. They keep phoning to set up the time for delivery.

The first two times they did try this, I advised that I already have my TV. This is like the third or fourth time that they called.

What kind of large chain store? If you're talking like A&B Sound, then no. They need the money and they support decent music. If you're talking Future Shop, Best Buy, or something horrible like that (that you really shouldn't have been shopping at in the first place), then fucking go for it. Oh, boohoo...the mojo....fuck that. Mojo ran over your cat and is keeping you from that really big plasma TV, screw it. Big corporations are assholes who deserve to be taken advantage of and won't notice it's gone (it only cost them $10 to make the chinese build the thing anyway); just don't steal from your brothers and sisters in the struggle, the little guy.

Theft is theft.... I can't see how someone can justify it.

I totally see the aspect that the big corps hardly miss the cash but in the whole 'right and wrong' aspect..... it's stealing, it's wrong.

To Shawns defense, this isn't about me stealing from someone because I think they are too rich. Their paper mistake has become my fortune. No where did I say I wouldn't be benefitting from this. Before you go and use a Robin Hood quote, you should maybe take a look at the situation.

Ahh..I would like to say that I would take the nice free tv for my bedroom..but I know guilt wouldnt let me enjoy it.

I bought a mattress and boxspring from the brick..After bringing it home and unwrapping it..we noticed that it wasnt the bed I paid for..and infact..was one that was several hundred dollars more. My boyfriend thought it was great but I decided to call and explain the situation. All I got was..."no that was the bed you paid for..we havent made a mistake" Ok thanks for the better mattresses!

I mean it's not like no one can see how you're 'well meaning' and that some of your ideas while GREAT in theory hardly have a chance of any actual success, but you come off more as the 'asshole' than anything.

Just a tip though... considering that all I do is argue with you I'll be honest and say that I either agree or can at least see your side of things on a few things. The big problem is the approach... you'd be far more likely to get me to consider your arguments if you were at the very least respectful that I have a different opinion.
