my boss' wife had a double masecotmy because she had breast cancer. now that i would say, justifiies a breast augmentation.
that being said, she's having them removed because she said they get cold. she said because there's really no breast tissue covering them they get cold and uncomfortable.

I think it's more of a mental health thing. I have a friend who had one very noticeably smaller boob than the other. That poor girl got teased pretty bad. Long story short she had her boob job covered. I don't remember if they just did the one or both for good measure... this was quite a few years ago.

I think it's a rather personal question.

I was at Celebrities one night and I noticed a girl adjusting her cleavage; I guess my gaze lingered because she noticed and then told me that she 'just got them done.' I was rather surprised because they looked real and I wouldn't have thought for a moment they were fake but then she suggested I 'feel them' so I kind of hesitated but she insisted and so I did and they did in fact feel fake.

They definitely didn't feel natural but they looked wonderful.

See...I've been asked if my boob's were fake, which they arn't. It doesn't offend me I could really care less. I show off a lil clevage every now and then and if ppl are curiouse I'd rather then just ask then sit there and stare till the think they figured it out. If a girl with fake boob's doesn't like the fact that ppl are asking if there fake or not, then why the hell did you get them in the first place...unless there small but not a lotta girls get fake boobs that are small.
