"are those real"?

ok, so I'm having a conversation with my girls and the topic came up about a mutual friend we have who has boob implants.

apparently some random guy came up to her, pulled her aside and asked her if her boobs were real. she answers nonchalantly that they're not.

then I hear another story about a guy who goes up to some random female bartender and asks "so how much did you pay for those?". the bartender answers in a chirpy tone "$5000!".

ok... maybe it's just me but I always thought these were the kinds of questions that would ultimately get a guy slapped. am I missing something here?

ladies who have (or plan on getting) boob implants, do you feel that this is an ok question to get asked?

and guys... do you truly find it appropriate to ask such a question to any big-breasted girl? and if so, have you ever been slapped for it?

come on people, you have to clue me in.. I'm quite dumbfounded.

the question might be inappropriate, but slapping a guy for it is kind of ridiculous. maybe these girls should just give the guys a look and tell them to mind their own business. and no, i wouldn't ask a random girl that. i'd ask a friend that, if i thought they were fake, though.

Some tact needs to be used with the delivery of the question but the reality is, the women that have the fake boobs are used to getting the question.

Times have definitely changed - if you were to have asked that question several years back, you would have gotten slapped! For some women that get the question and don't have fake boobs, they see it as a compliment! (So I've heard.)

I get asked if they're real all the time (they are). I find it astonishing that total strangers think my body is an acceptable topic for public conversation. I don't get angry, I just think the person is immature and rude.

I agree with you... I'm not saying this is something that I do. The point is the topic itself can be brought up with some tact... it's all about how you deliver the question or a question.

Walking up to a total stranger asking them if they have fake tits is not tactfull and is immature and rude.

I have had the same question asked to me on a few occasions and they are real aswell, some shirts just make them look good i guess :) lol
It is strange that random people can ask that, but i dont get mad or offended, I just politely say no they arent sorry. and try and stear clear of any further conversations. I find it intresting that people think they cost me alot, i guess its good to know isome people pay for what we already have?!

My friend has fake boobs, she always answers and never gets offended. She is a small girl so i guess its kind of more obvious, she doesnt care she paid for them she mysawell tell people who want to kno she says.

This is reminding me of one girl at an afterhours who asked me how much my boobs cost...I said, something along the lines of "nothing, I grew them myself...ha ha" But she would just not drop it. She kept insisting..."why lie about it, they're obviously fake?" I'm like, "sorry, honey, they're not." She says "Well, they look fake" then she grabs ahold of them and says "and they feel fake too!" I pushed her off of me (wtf anyways they totally do not feel like implants) and would have ended up in a full on fistfight if my friends hadn't pulled me away. I couldn't believe she was that obsessed with my boobs that she wanted to start a fight over it. People are so wierd.

BUahahaha thats so retarded! I would have hit her for that. When i was like 17 in Kelowna me and my gf were at a club i was wearing a corset tie up back shirt and these guys came up to me and asked me if they were real or fake cause they made a bet. I just walked away from that cause they looked like they were atleast 35. Last time i went to that club in any low cut shirt.

medical is "deformed" boobs that you really cant do anything about and the only 2 options is live with it (which sucks) or get implants... i go next month..

Thankfully I don't have boobs that would ever have anyone ask if they are fake or real and truthfully I don't want them. I am a dancer and have no use for boobs any bigger than mine, they just get in the way. AS for guys asking things like more forward questions, I have noticed that guys have gotten bolder, but it's the way things work. Those girls are probably use to being asked that as the girls you were talking about had fake ones and probably got them for that very reason. As for other girls who get asked.... well that's up to them how to react.

"when are you due?"

when the answer is

"i'm not pregnant" (slap)
