and I have to say that I'm kinda disappointed...... both big rumoured acts Pendulum and Mylo are no shows :(

Hive is a thumbs up though and Freestylers...but I've seen 'em before so I'm not AS excited. Apparently there's one more big breaks headliner too.... they have to hold off on the announcement though.

Yeah... I'm thinking this line up is a bit weak. I'm not a huge Freestylers fan honestly... SS and HIVE should be good.....

I think after the hype of Mylo and Pendulum though it's a disappointment that they're not there.

Bassnecter, Krady, OTT, Shpongle, Mike Relm, and SS is enough for it to be the craziest party of the year for me... Shambhala is also about the vibe and the people not just the Dj's...It will still be amazing.
To be honest, I would be 100% satisfied if there was at least another big DnB headliner...
And I am VERY disapointed MYLO is a no show....Looks like I will be at his may 2nd show for sure...

Who knows, Hopefully some people will be added....

Im a little dissapointed that the rumours about pendulum and mylo didnt pull through, but thats what i get for listening to rumours ha ha.

The line up is till awesome. Im stoked on LATEEF,Mike Relm,Shpongle,Shapeshifter,Hive,Dj SS,Bassnectar,Dj Dopey.

Most of my excitement for the festival is the chance to spend time wit friends, campin out, dancing, and number one , NO WORK - ALL PLAY.

top notch talent is merely icing sugar. we get headliners in van all the time.

I can't fucking believe edIT is going to be there. I've never seen a Planet Mu artist in person before, let alone one I really like. Make sure you all go to that one. You will regret it if you don't.
Hive is better than Ed Rush & Optical for DnB. That's some trading up right there.
Shpongle is worth the ticket price alone. If you don't have all 3 of their albums, you fuckin' don't like electronica.
Ott is on Simon Posford's label; they're pretty rad too.
The more I listen to The Freestylers' Raw As Fuck, the more I like it.
Plus, I didn't see any DJ Czech on that list.
This is gonna be the best Shambhala ever!

i am sad that mylo and pendulum won't be there. but, like sarah said, the music is only PART of what i love about shambhala. it's also the beach, the friends, the meeting cool strangers, the partying in the forest, the camping, and everything else that makes Shambles what it is.

ed rush and optical last year at shambles was some of the best DnB i've ever heard.

I used to go to Manga at The Venue/The Honeycombe in Edinburgh a lot back in 2003/04. I kinda got tired of that sound. It's still fun to listen to through a big system about once a month. To be fair, he did play after Aphrodite. That was a surreal set for me. He started it by playing Rawthang's "Epilogue." I had heard drum and bass before but that was the track that really got me into it.

Like I said.... minorly disappointed with the lineup but in the same respect now that I think about I might be looking forward to it even more. Sure there isn't the same 'HOLY SHIT' factor as last year's Sham but there are a LOT of artists!

This is the chance to be pleasantly surprised or mind blown by some people you don't know.... discover something new for yourself!

Hell.... it happened last year with Mike Relm for a lot of people right? I had no idea who the hell he was..... and he took the entire party for me!
