Animal milk & oyster shells: that's where calcium comes from. If you know a better source, tell me because I'd love to be a millionaire. If you think you can get enough from orange juice or figs or some shit, you're gonna get osteoporosis. :)
How about broccoli and green leafy vegetables like kale? Though they may not have as much as milk products do, they're still very good sources of calcium.
I don't digest dairy 2 well so i drink almond milk or soy milk, sometimes skim but if a girl is pregnant i would recommend that you drink it it has the nutrients that are hard to match for babies in other food
