as a smoker?? whered you get that? Unless in means size, yes studies show that women who dont have an average of 1 cup of milk a day while pregnant will have smaller babies. And technically a big baby is a healthy baby, but these days 6lbs is a small baby that used to be average!
Butr that is nowhere near the only affects of smoking, not enough milk, and tobacco are different issues. |

^sure? I dno.
All Im sayin, is milk isn't healthy like everyone seems to think. Everyone just thinks it is because the companies drill their bs message into the consumers. Feedin it to young children can cause all sorts of bad effects like ear infections etc. |

Every day, I eat at least:
1 cup of 2% cottage cheese 1 cup of fat-free yogurt 3 cups of 1% milk ... and god knows how many slices of cheese :P All I've been craving throughout this whole pregancy is dairy! So she should be one healthy baby! |

Animal milk & oyster shells: that's where calcium comes from. If you know a better source, tell me because I'd love to be a millionaire. If you think you can get enough from orange juice or figs or some shit, you're gonna get osteoporosis. :) |
