there are three... one on hornby and robson, one on pender and i think one at park royal.
"A trendy downtown cafe with several other locations serving up some of the best expresso coffees in Vancouver. The cafe offers a variety of mouth-watering sandwiches, salads and soups for about the same price as Subway, yet these sanwiches are made from the finest ingedients, by italian recipes. The staff are exceptionally friendly and trained rigorously to make a guest's experience truly unforgettable. A warm Italian atmospehere of the coffee shop cosists of stone crafted tables, red leather benches and interesting artwork. This is a locally owned business, which opened three coffee shops in the past 17 months, has coffee lovers raving about it throughout the city." |

bennys on broadway we used to go there to study prices are very reasonable... incredible atmostphere/vibe and refills are only 50 cents or so
BUT outside of vancouver i would say bridgehead in ottawa... its all fair trade/shade grown/organic la sala rosa in montreal... best americanos ive ever had and its all fair trade and the atmosphere is just so chill and hippy like ... the best coffee is Cafe Depot in Montreal.. |

<3 Awww Sal I remember Benny's - greatest place ever! We should go one of these days!
I usually go to the JJ Bean on Commercial Drive - not only are their Americano's absolutely wonderful, the ambience is great so I always manage to get a lot of my writing done there. Cafe Abruzzo if I want authentic Italian espresso; me and my mom usually go there it's also where i'll be watching the World Cup as well. The Red Umbrella is a really neat little place. It's located on lower Davie and it just has a really great vibe to it, they serve lunch as well. Delaney's Coffee on Denman has a wonderful tea selection and their coffee is pretty good. If you're in the area check it out. |

I like the place in granville island, lots of organic coffee to choose from, they have this coffee from Jamaica and its like 50 bucks a pound got a cup one day holy shit it kicked my ass i usually never have problems going to sleep but damn that shit kept me up, but there prices are usually high. But another place of course the grind! bestest ever and the hottie with a mohawk seems to add to the nice atmosphere

Also, the espresso at the Opus Hotel (Davie and Hamilton) is wonderful too. Nice and quiet little cafe. |
