^Yeah, what I meant was that if she got a light mystic tan as a base, and put on her regular SPF, she would less likely look like a lobster.
If you have a week or two to spare, you might want to hit the tanning salons, however, if you're in a time crunch, or just impatient, I suggest a mystic tan. You can only use the tanning booths once/day, and for someone who has fair skin, I wouldn't suggest anything more that 5-7 minutes to start. This is in reference to someone stating >>"never tanning" and "blistered mess" in one sentence.
Most cost effective would be the mystic - it's a one pay, one day thing. You either get charged per minute in a booth, or end up having to buy a package, right?
