I've had horrible things done to me because of the colour of my hair, or a ring in my nose. It's not a racist matter, but it's a matter of narrow minded violence.
but the point is, racist comments shouldn't be said. I'm as white as they come, and I still stand and defend ANYONE of another culture when it comes to racism. Even if I don't like them as a person.

Oh I fully understand and I generally hold the same view - i've volunteered for some organizations for racial equity, been involved in acitivist demonstrations for the same, and focused a lot on the study of race relations throughout college.
But crying "racist" on what was essentially a cliched, overused, trite quip is almost insulting to the struggles that people had to go through fighting very real oppression and racism.
