To clarrify some points for me:

If by fix, wasn't offering an alternative soultion fixing it enough for you? Bubble wrap would be a much more effective way of transporting it would it not?

Why would jeff fix your equipment? You said, that without the styrofoam inserts it is impossible to transport it without damaging it. You acknowlaged it. Thus when you decided to transport it, it's your own fault that is broken. A little while ago the brakes on my car needed fixing. I didn't drive my car till it was. Cause you know what, I knew the car would be damaged if I did. How hard is that?

New damage to the equipment?

Dave, in all fairness, you want Doom to repair for damage that he isn't responsible for. He didn't move the cd decks around. You did. Most likely the damage was caused by droping the cd decks. But since Doom wasn't there, how is it possible to blame him for it.

So until you can actually justify having Doom pay for the repairs (which apparently are over a 100 dollars) because he lost two pieces of styrafoam, is crazy. But I guess that's why your called crazy dave, rather then logical dave...

No it's not, that why some more damage was done to it. Because the bubble warp and towels don’t support it.

HELLO that's what this is all about. The alternative was not good. I wanted jeff to get a some thing better to transport it. He done NOTHING about it. After all he lost the inserts to the box that was made to do so. Then some damage was done to the gear, because jeff dragged his lazzy ass for a year. Then Jeff got pissed off and fucked with the gear on purpose at a later date, taking off nobs and taking the other supports from the box. The last action was not an accident.

Plus the Damage I'm talking about it when Jeff took off the nobs and took the other bits of Styrofoam from the decks in spite.

No it would be like jeff breaking a window in your car, and it rained that nice and water leaked in the plastic. And to have jeff not help clean the car, nor pay for the window.

In all fairness Chris it's about the box to transport the gear that Doom fucked LAST YEAR and has done nothing about it. It's about the foam pads he lost while the decks where at his house, that he has done NOTHING about.

If it was just to bits of styrofoam then why has doom done NOTHING about it? I offered to split the cost of a new box with him. He's done nothing about it. Jeff can get back his synth at any time, he just has to do some thing permanent, and proper to fix the box for transport.

Let me remind you this was a year ago Chris Jeff has done fuck all to fix it. Jeff is in complete control of the situation.
