Summer Breaks was awesome! It was my first one and after seeing my first APEX two weeks ago I wanted to go so badly. It was a night full of losing things though :P I somehow lost two of my photon lights, and within the first 20 minutes, the sunglasses I bought yesterday dissapeared too. In the morning when I woke up (wet, too much rain and a small, leaky tent, gross :P) I found about half of the sunglasses roughly 10 feet from the tent.
It was awesome to see the Freestylers. I think I may have been the only person who didnt go to the main stage once until after all the hip hop was over. It became a nice little dance/trance stage after that though. Fun times scaring the red bull people with my white gloves, and giving light shows to anyone that asked. It was nice to see Rusty Bob and B0ld, and thanks for the sweet photo rusty! I didn't hear 'Pictures' by sneaky sound system even once though, which is random because I heard it three times at APEX :P I guess I didnt spent enough time at the house stage, because the trance and breaks stages were really ripping it up. Got my photo taken with one of the guys from the Freestylers as well. My girlfriend took some awesome videos of their set which will be going online soon. We filmed about 15 odd minutes of the Freestylers set, including the opening star wars breaks they did (which was always my favorite breakfastas track), their mixing of smack my bitch up, and some other memorable tracks. All in all, wicked times, great memories, and I can replace everything I managed to lose ^^ :love:

Yes that is true Lil jon;s record label cut his tour on us for promo,our show and 5 others as well.Skibadee also was not there,as for him he just did not get on the flight.Still waiting to find out why? But Myster E held it down propa so I wasent to pissed :)

This was my fourth year anniversary of raving.. summer break 2007 was by far one of the best parties I have been to. I am looking forward to seeing sick artists for years to come. Great work.

Had a fuckin wicked time! Enjoyed playing a little electro house/breaks on the House stage. Snoop fuckin killed it, Swollen Members were good as well, Freestylers were sick and my nap in the car was fuckin amazing. Its funny how 6 years ago this was a party with 6 local dj's in some guys backyard and there were about 40ppl there and now Snoop is headlining and there was what about 7000 ppl there? Big up Silverwaters for always pushing boundries and giving people new experiences they will never forget. Josh, Kristine, Ramtin and everyone else involved ought to give yourselves massive pats on the back and maybe go to sleep for 2 days.

fucki big upz....wicked time...classified was sick....every set at the breaks stage ripped it.....freestylers were dope but i kinda expected more...epoc live was sick and capital j of course fuckin rocked it.he played a nice long set to...wicked times boys..seeya agin soon

I didn't get home til 9pm sunday. Still fuckin tired....
But respect to kristine, josh and blackbird ent, was definately an interesting day/night/day..... ps: jungle stage at 10am was fucking gross, not what i wanted to see when i first woke up. I wonder when/if those people will grow up and stop being junkies.

The speed sisters played early but that meant we were free for the rest of the night and we totally enjoyed our time!!! I was amazed by Snoop to say the least,... he has unreal presence & talent. I am not going to forget him & his uncle... ever! Classified was also fuckin' awesome. He has grown even after seeing him the last 2 times. and go stimmy!!!

I dunno what else I can say that hasen't already been said above.
All Dj's and performers come out banging. Sweatshop, Swollen, Classified and sho core and did great jobs opening for Snoop. Like Amanda said...Snoop is un-real on stage. Nothing can ever compare to that. (It was also rad to see the DPG up on stage aswell. Donald Gluade vs Jelo was prolly the set of the night for off of the mainstage. Those guys were going off the whole time. The Freestylers were ok In my books....I kinda expected more from what I was hearing...but still some good beats none the less. And its always nice to see Akeel vs Soma....you guys had the crowd going the whole time I was there. I would just like to give a huge thank you to silverwaters and anyone else that was involved in throwing such a huge event here..... Vancouver has been waiting for a show like this for a very long time and Im glad I could be a part of it....and it def lived up to all hype.
