I'm not talking about starting a ______ band or anything. Just jam. Bring to the table whatever you're feeling at the time and I'll do the same. Keep adding layers and we've got music.

Doesn't matter what instrument you play. Hell, if you do turntablism, we don't need a drummer :amuse:

I play a lot of blues, but I'm trying to branch into rock more. Basically, I just jam and see what comes of it.

Yeah, definitely. I just started a new job today and have no idea what my schedule will be like for the next little while, but my electric needs some maintenance anyways.

I could always bring out one of my acoustics though.

I need to get one of my basses fixed up to. You know anywhere in town for a decent set up?

Basically I need the bridge adjusted, and it set up to take a different guage of strings.

i needed the same done to my accoustic a while back....new bridge,nut,strings,filled this that and the other thing...around 100 or so if i remember correctly...not bad cause it basically completely renewd my guitar.

chad if you get a good group going,and get mobile, you should come visit me here in the valley to record you guys, but only if your good cuase i dont work with crap players and my time is much too valuable to waste lol (dont let my posts on this forum fool ya lol:P)

I'm still looking around. My guitar is far too valuable, both on a sentimental and monetary level, for me to drop off to some douche. I want someone willing to put some serious love into the neck.

As for your bass... adjusting a bridge is cake, but what I'm confused about is the need to make adjustments to change gauges. Are you going that significantly smaller/larger to warrant a new saddle? What gauge are you currently sitting at?
