^ As important as degrees are today it sounds like cubed has a lot of years behind him......
Sometimes people would rather take a newbie, fresh out of uni so they can train them and mold them into exactly what they want them to be. Someone that has been in the industry for awhile, has seen a lot and done a diverse amount of things is not always an asset to certain companies for various reasons. Maybe they would have higher expectations of pay or maybe they would be more questioning of certain procedures..not all companies want that Some do however, but it sounds like this may have been the case |

weren't you a porter until summer 2005, making min wage at the plaza?
and seeing as you were paid around 50k when you were promotions manager, i highly doubt they hired 2 guys to replace you (one with a degree) for only 25k each.. nice try though :) If you are so in demand and over qualified, then why is it taking so long to get another job? Shouldn't you have people banging down your door trying to hire you? oh right.. you're extremely good "severance package" is giving you the ability to be selective with your next "career" options... |

You keep saying he has no qualifications, yet you state out of the 200 people who applied, he was one of the 3 to get an interview... |

My point is, he stated that he was the person most qualified for the job... okay so its not 200 people... it's 500 people now according to him... he was more qualified then 500 people, when he doesn't have a single degree?? get off his nuts. He sure talks a big game, but has yet to prove anything.. fact is he is still unemployed, for such an "overqualified" person.. Everybody believes you. Nothing wrong with being unemployed and not doing anything with your life (if that's what you want to do and what makes you happy) but don't talk like you're some bigshot superstar when you ain't shit. |

Fuck you're dumb, there is a reason why severance packages go by how long you have worked at a company. There is a reason why Managers, directors, etc etc get higher severance packages. It is because it generally takes them longer to get re-employed at the same level they were working at before.
At least put together a decent argument. Quote:
