Bit late on the review but that was a blast!!
Western Union were dope!!! They put on a great show, enjoyed them for sure!!
I was pretty mad about Warzone not making it (I reeaaalllyy wanted to see MC Eiht). Kam still killed it tho, but was on for mad short??? I wanted to hear some more of his songs (In Traffic!!!), but Whoop Whoop and Every Single Weekend were fuckin' awesome to hear!!!!
Mistah F.A.B. rocked it and was mad funny too. Guy is beast on the freestyle tip. I really enjoyed his set!!
Dogg Pound were tight. Daz's voice seemed a bit fucked up tho. Enjoyed them a lot more at Plush a little while back.
When Snoop started talking bout who is his DJ I knew Warren was bout to come out! Was a good surprise, didn't think he was gonna make it. That was fuckin' awesome to see him, sounded great performing. He was on for mad short too tho???
Snoop killed it, always does. The shit seems too easy for him to do, natural performer. The chronic break was hillarious...
All in all I had a really really good time!!!
One thing though. There should be a DJ spinning before the show starts and in between sets if there is somewhat of a break in between. Playing the same cd over and over is kinda lame to me, and takes away from the production of the show. Not sure how other people feel, but it would seem like more of a jam if someone was spinning in between.
