That's fine... nothing is wrong with you.
I don't know this yet because I have never felt it but I was told that at some point in our lives, a subconscious switch gets flipped in our brains which activates the urge to find a life partner and reproduce, in order to ensure our survival. |

For human beings, marriage is such an unnatural state - a misconception from the very beginning, and a terribly outdated and flawed institution.
The best of luck to anyone silly enough to embark down that route! :) To quote your custom user title... Quote:

Not necessarily. I used the word marriage to symbolize a pair bond because that is the definition we have given that phenomenon.

It's completely natural. For the longest time I told myself I wasn't going to have kids, then one day it just felt right. Now, my son's almost 3 and I couldn't be more happier to have him and my husband. I think everyone feels it at some point in their life.

Like Nev said, it's ok to change your mind. I personally never wanted kids or to get married either... but the "older I get" (puke x 200000) and the more I work with the boy/girl-teens at the jail, the more I want children.... with the right person, ofcourse. |

I don't think it's unnatural at all... marriage can be a beautiful thing through the good and bad, children are a blessing even if they are alot of work... I know I want to settle down one day and do it all up, the hosue, the husband and the kids... my daughter will do ballet... if she wants to (she'd be following in her mom's foot steps)

kids are great. They`ll change you in ways you never thought possible. They open your eyes to how they view the world, and you`ll forever see things from a different perspective. You`ll realize that once youve had children, how selfish and reprehnsible you were before. And NO,thats not an attack on you but a truthful statement for every parent.
Kids are a great way to soften your heart and humble your soul,I think thats what you need because youre a vile cunt:) |
