The Retarded Police is so funny, I wish developmental disabilities weren't used to prevent Down's people from becoming police volunteers.

Seriously, this is a comment on the US policeman's union co-opting with the military-industry complex in the name of "truth, justice and the American way", despite the obvious fact that the US supported both the War on Terrorism *and* the terrorists, indirectly through Pakistani ISI training of al-Qaeda & other 'Islamic' terrorists using US money.
