Yo, Ashlee.. He can mix. Shrug I have enough faith in Chris to know that I don't have to defend him..
But just one question, when's the last time you heard him play? If you say a year ago or something like that, your argument is completely discredited, heh... Sure he shouldn't have said that but if you let it get to you, who's winning, eh? Word... yea, look out for your dad and he'll look out for you.. you know how it is.

hey man.. i already admitted it was a cheap shot..
and the last time i heard him spin was on new years and you know.. judging by his remarks and his attitude i'm sure he doesn't give 2 shits about what people think of him anyways...if he did i'm sure he would have stopped a long time ago everyones entitled to their own opinion and mine isn't just cause it's the "in" thing anyway i'm going to shut up now.... it might do me some good =o)

I dont know what other personal problems ppl may have with Chris, but trying to get back at him for the genra of music he spins or talent is lame and pathetic.
I think ppl should give him a lot more credit, not just for the fact of what he spins(beign a rare gengra etc), talent, and passion he has... but for bloody putting up with ppl who cant give him any respect or a slight chance. What goes realy beond belive is ppl who are all about only jungle and think they can be a hhc cridict??? I thought jungle was all about respect eh? hes an ass to me for no reason all the time he has been forever ok so it's not jus' whut you see in this post . good for him , he spins what he likes....who cares does he spin 4 recognition or cuz he loves it? i hpoe for luv....cuz moast d.j's do. im learning to spin a rarely white person spun type of musik ri' now too, does that mean i can be a blaitent ass hole?

^ Actually, I've counted six times in this thread alone where you have ragged on him for either spinning hhc, hhc, or candy kids.. so yes, contrary to your beliefs, you ARE ragging on him for spinning HHC.
Mind you I am not pleased with his comment, it was rather rude and uncalled for. But what do the comments of some stranger in which you do not know matter to you? Does it really affect you so much that it would push you over enough to want to "kick him in the face" or other such violent acts? Come on Ashlee, you're 19, I would hoped that people grew out of that mentality after Highschool... Now back to your initial post: If you are feeling truely the way you do, then you should probably stay away from your mom. You seem to have a lot of pent up frustration, hate and spite for her and the treatment in which she lashes out onto you. The situation between her and your father might be a different story... If she does indeed hate him as much as you think she does, there has got to be a valid reason why. I suggest you don't take any sides in the mean time because that just complicates things. It may be hard, but I think your mother needs you to validate her existence as well. Some people are just like that, not show that they care on a personal level, try to shower you with material possessions, and then probably come crawling back crying when you want to leave. In a sense, they need you to feel important, like they're helping raise you, that they're doing something to be motherly. It becomes a job, a chore.. I think that maybe your mother wasn't ready for the break up or children to take care of on her own. Mind you, I do not know you, or your personal situation, but it's just what I've gathered from situations alike. Although it may agrivate you to talk to your mother, you might want to consider doing so, for your father's sake if not your own. Confront her about getting the child support dropped, or seeing if she is willing to maybe help him. If she is indeed making more money than him, paying less rent and you are no longer living with her, then she should be doing her part in helping make your living conditions better. I can't think of anything else really so I'll end it here.
