i do that whenever i get into a fight with someone... if i let them down.. or don't live up to my expectations.
Some people tell me to stop feeling sorry for myself and that people only cry when they feel sorry for themselves but i disagree.. i cry for what i have done to them. For what they are being put through.
although i have the habbit to sit around and feel sorry for myself... sometimes it even feels good to me to do so. I've come to realize that i have to stop sitting around moping and actually GO AND DO something about it otherwise nothing will change. I am still learning that and sometimes it's hard to follow but it does make yourself feel better and give you more confidence.
About the past Kenji, you must put it behind you. You have done all that you can do, all that is left now is to move on and make things better for yourself, which in turn will make things better with your family and all of your other relationships.
It all starts with you =o)
