Another thing, you said that everyone you meet nowadays you can't build a trusting relationship, well establishing trust generally takes quite some time. For you to be able to fully trust someone may take years, a life time, or never happen at all. Trust is such a fragile thing, it can be broken with a small white lie, or anything really.
There are probably a lot of things you want to let out, but some things are better left inside. There's nothing wrong with being reserved, except when that image gets permanently tattooed to your name so people believe that you do not NEED to let it out because you can take care of yourself. People will often become a bit shocked and maybe feel intimidated in helping you. Or you become so used to it that it becomes difficult to let it out, especially when it really matters.
I find that discussions help a lot, maybe not particularly about anything that's bothering you, but just about life, how you're doing, etc. I find that I need to have at least one every few days, just to let some load off your mind, ramble a bit, free up some of that mind clutter.
