i'm scared. i cant let myself become fat. i should be fine as long as i continue my current diet thing. not diet.. but eating plan. nestle breakfast drink in the morning, some sort of fruit for lunch. and then a healthy dinner. also, 3 games of ddr daily. other than wandering aimlessly, its the only excersize i get.

Listen to the smart ladies Ryan. The reason you end up snacking is because you are almost starving yourself. You are a young, growing male, you need to eat better than that.
I've never limited my food, I just eat healthy and excersize. Actually, to tell you the truth I eat quite a bit, albeit I stay away from anything with dairy (allergic), large amounts of fat sugar and caffeine, but other than that I eat what I want when I want. But I stay healthy and "thin" because I excersize. Limiting what you eat so much, either makes you desire more food because you aren't giving your body enough, or it just starts packing on the pounds as a deffense mechanism. Either way it isn't healthy and usually dosen't get the job done. |

Contract the stomach flu and the weight will just fall off. No working out, no hunger supression pills, no eating the tasteless health foods.

sigh. thanks for being all concerned and such. i honestly didnt know i was close to starving myself. no one really eats anymore. very few people in my school actually have a lunch.. or breakfast. ill eat a nice fattening lunch everyday. but i still want my breakfast drinks. its kind of an addiction.

^Yeah thats sad actually. My sisters do that. Won't eat breakfast, are too concered with dealing with the lunch itself and the fact that their friends don't eat it so it must not be cool or something..? So they don't eat lunch either. They might eat crap from the vending machine but thats not food. The come home and stuff their faces all night. HEALTHY!
And a breakfast drink is better than no breakfast at all. Just eat something more for lunch than fruit!! Have a sandwich with some fruit, or even a pasta or rice dish with fruit or a salad on the side. |
