is it just a bad temper or do i have a problem?
good god, k so all day at work and after work im in the best mood, busting with my music smiling all day, what coudl go wrong. i get a phone call, normal stuph but for some reason one thing the person says sends me in to a raging fit and im just insanley angry. then i start to cheer up a lil bit again and the same thing happens, i just loose it over something stupid and i cant calm down and im just so angry, so depressed, just so extremely happy to extremely sad. and this always happens to me i cant seem to be inbetween and its so hard to deal with.
what do you guys think, just a really bad temper or should i go talk to someone a bit more qualified in this area? i get scared and dont always trust myself when im on the low part as much fun as being relaly really happy is. |

There can also be a problem with repression of emotions
I find that if you tend to just keep what bothers you or makes you upset inside, then eventually, your anger is going to pour out over something very trivial. I can understand that it seems silly to let yourself get angry over something that isn't even worth the energy (I tend to follow that attitude), but bottling it up can really cause this to happen. I try not to get mad at silly things, but if it bothers me, I'll always have a great venting session with my best friend, usually over beers , and that can work WONDERS, just talking about it. |
