well, i know i'm good, because i was a HUGE, crazy, gross, dirty slut in grade 9 hahaha, good times (not) so i think the only reason why i'm as good as i am is because i've had a lot of experience in the sack, i know what most guys want...... but just for the record i've been clean for over a year, and i'm A LOT happier now then i ever was.....

I was watching the news last evening and they had a spot on sex. It was about "can you have too much sex, or visa versa not enough", apparently enough sex is individual to the person. Example, some people might enjoy two solid sessions a day to stay at their preferred level, where another person may only need two sessions a week/month. Now when a person doesn't get their preferred amount they can become cranky, agitated and all around unhappy.
Back on topic, they also mentioned that sex isn't so much something you get better at. Some are a "good lay" from the start where others might never be a "good lay" not matter how much they get. Why? Because the motions of sex, the rhythm come naturally to some people then others. You could be born a stud and never realize it, where on the opposite you could be a dud your whole life.

If I'm with someone over an "extended" course of time, then yes, otherwise no. Putting in the time is just so much more rewarding, but thats just my perception. Everyone is different.
