Ya.. Blanche-Macdonald is one of the top ones..

not quite sure where it is.. look it up in the phone book or something..

blanche macdonald is the best but there are others that are good as well. lot's of the different schools that offer make up and fashion programs advertise in the Georgia straight. Blanche Macdonald is on West 12th Ave 100-555 and their telephone is 604 6850347
you can also email at [email protected] but they're not always that great at responding right away. The make up program is headed by Todd McIntosh , the guy who does all the makeup for Buffy. Van film is pretty good too, depends what you're looking for though. The fashion programs almost anywhere are hard to get into cause there are so many people always wanting to attend. Good luck!
