You've got to tell yourself that you've probably come out on top of worse before.
I know it seems easier said than done to say looking at the BIG picture will help matters, but sometimes that's the only thing that gives me a second of peace when I feel that way. |

That's WHY it bothers us though! Because feeling out of control of a situation is fucking scary. When a situation is out of our hands, all we can do is over analyze the shit out of everything to pass the time.
I totally envy those bastards that can just sit back and relax when they realize a situation is out of their hands, I never ever got how they could do it. |
