when it gets hard to breathe
And everything just feels "off"
Right now I feel like I'm trying so hard to please everybody, but keep fucking everything up. Family is freaking me out. Work is making go mental Everything feels unbearable and all I want to do is just hide away from everything. I need to find an escape somehow and just get away from my own head for a while. |

sometimes it helps to just stand back and take a deep breath. actually, that probably only works 1 out of every 10 times, but it's worth a shot..
otherwise, try doing something that'll keep you busy and is totally unrelated to anything that's on your mind. i reach almost a zen-like state when im waxing my snowboard and it really helps. if neither of those help, maybe you need a hug from beans |

Sometimes all it takes is looking at everything from a different perspective. Each problem we all have isnt that big of a deal in the long run. But we tend to put all our problems together in one huge orgy of fear and regret. If you take a look at each problem individually im sure it wouldnt be so harsh and stressful.
Everything has to be dealt with though... If a problem goes away on its own, it comes back on its own. When i get stressed i just turn my music up a bit louder, listen to the happier songs out there, and think about the things that ive accomplished in my life |

I think when worry starts overpowering the things you enjoy in life..it's a warning sign. Like a lot of these people said..It's important to focus in on each problem and come to solve it, not plan on attacking all at once like this superwoman because as so many people have found out the hard way...life just does not work like that. Surround yourself with the people you love..the food you love..the music you love..make it ultimately about you. It's hard...so hard sometimes to get out of feeling like this..but there's a way..it's only in the mind. You can totally overthrow it. |

Ive hered this sugest before... make a list of things to accomplish and start crossing them off. Even just addmitting or appoligising for the dumest things can make you feel like you let a ton off your shoulders. Maybe try focusing on just one small goal. That way when you get it delt with you feel like your getting back on the right track.
Sometimes I just accept that im at the bottom of the hill at the moment... accept it, deal with it at best because I know ill be back at the top soon again. *muah* Last edited by Ree Fresh; Jan 14, 05 at 12:19 AM. |
