Dammit. I wish I hadn't given you karma for the other thread now.
This same thing happened to me a few years ago - I acted like I didn't know, we were still friends, and eventually he stopped liking me, realized that I didn't want anything more, and moved on.
It's been, oh, about 5 years now, and we're still good friends.
Basically, my advice is to let it blow over. Just don't lead him on or make ANY sexual comments about the two of you, etc.. If he REALLY cares about you, he will let it go for the sake of the friendship.
