Saying hi to ex's
I saw my ex at the skytrain station today, but neither of us siad anything. We got on the same skytrain and kept looking at each other, but neither one of us said anything. Then she got of and waved to me, but I ignored her. Now, I feel bad for not saying hi :(
Its so weird cause a part of me want's to get back together with her, but the other part doesn't. I haven't seen her in a while, so I stopped thinking about her and now I'm thinking about her all day :( I'm thinking of e-mailing her, but I dunno if that's a good idea. Not even sure what I want to say in the e-mail. Maybe, I just forget about seeing her and pretend it never happened. This sucks, not a good way to start of my weekend. |

i was at the flea market in cloverdale with my girlfriend and her mom one Sunday, we are walking up to the gate and i turn around and see right behind us is my ex and her mom. my girlfriend does not like my ex. very akward for me... of course they seemed to follow us up and own the isles for sometime. plus it was a hot ass day out and i wore a black shirt and jeans so i was really feeling the heat. ughh...
but hey in your case, i dont think i would of really known what to do either. did you still have these feelings about her before you saw her or are you just thinking about her now that you bumped into her? |

the few times that i have bumped into ex's i stop and say hi. if they were a part of my life before, and important before, i owe it to my past self to at least say hello to them. but i never had feelings of going back to the ex's when i did bump into them. as the guy said previously, they are ex's for a reason. maybe my break up's were alot different then yours, i just never had that "what if" feeling.
it all depends on the situation i guess. i wouldnt feel bad about it, she didnt go out of her way to come up to you either. |

That sucks it was so awkward for you, but how do you get on the same train and just ignore eachother? If the two of you arent mature enough to have a civil conversation with eachother than you should probably just keep away and move on. As said above, ex's are ex's for a *reason*.

i work about 100 ft away from my ex, in a diffrent barn, i see him all the time.
funny fact, when i quit working for the asshole trainer i worked for all spring he hired my ex boyfriend. misery likes company. neither my ex boyfriend nor my ex boss will speak to me. infact there are these stupid highschool games going on. like my old boss, bob, wrote "Emillia, stay in your own shed row" on a piece of tape and put it on the door of my friends tackroom. under it i put "grade three called, YOU FAIL" (my name is spelled amelia and the correct word is SHEDROW) now i'm putting that picture of the soldier with a coffe mug in his hand and the caption "HOW ABOUT A NICE BIG CUP OF SHUT THE FUCK UP" on the top of the picture and "think before you say something stupid" on the bottom of the picture. i'm gonna put that on his tackroom door. |

some of my ex's Im supre good friends with and then others I cant stand to even look at cause we both dislike each other so much, but there are the ones that your like well I wish we could have worked and you see them and dont say anything. If there an ex it's that way for a reason. Just be strong and keep yourself busy to try and not think of it.
