white spots infection inside my swollen cheeks

WOW i'll never share water bottles again, or maybe it was the tap water
i was chewing my mouth so my mouth was volunerable to any disease/infection


today in the morning i brush my teeth and use listerine after several times

couple hours ago, there arent many white spots anymore, still have 1 or 2 dots...


should i go get it checked or just brush my teeth and use listerine?

i just nocited there were bite marks and some more white spots/lines

brush your teeth after every meal and stay away from spicy foods
swish with salt water
