Finally found out how to shed the pounds!!!
So... I finally am getting the results I've needed for a while..... I used by in good shape and all... once when school was done BAM...... I used to be a size 36-38 waist and well I literally exploded.... Anyways will struggling for 5 years I found what is key for myself and maybe for others. On my mothers side of the family all this thyroid crap and stuff runs in the family. Got to a point where I was thinking that I may have all these medical problems and such..... Still haven't seen a doctor about it btw.... But I have been rather confused and frustrated as per why i wasn't able to lose any weight... I mean I started eating healthy and such went for long walks..... It still stayed there.... But then the question came up in mind.... "what else am I doing that is preventing me from not losing weight?"..... Well I figured it out.... Its the hours I work and come up that was killing me..... I always used to work night shifts... come home at 9 or 10... have dinner and then go to bed...... great... not burning up that food... not healthy at all. Now days I work 6 am to 2pm.... have dinner on time and such... have others hours to spare befor I go to bed..... I bought new jeans about 2 months ago because the other one's were getting loose and now these one's are getting way to loose.....
So ya for the people who are in that state that are kinda strugglin..... look at your work hours and daily routine...... |

when i was serving still id eat super late at night at the end of my shift and then go drink like it was going out of style and didnt gain a lb,i actually lost weight but that might have to do with my cocaine habit.
then i quit serving and go to sitting at a desk all fucking day and gain 20lbs. Its inacativity that makes you gain weight.The only way you`ll lose weight successfully and tone up is by having a vigorous work out where at the end of it youre soaked with sweat.And thats the only way you`ll lessen your chances for heart disease and cardio vascular disease too. good on ya for losing weight,but still hit the gym.There is such a thing as skinny fat people and there is such a thing as skinny people getting heart disease and cardiovascular disease too. also its important to get rem(rapid eye movement)sleep which happens before midnight.Its what heals your body and rejuvinates it. |

my secret..., is working as a stucco labourer. lol. i literally lost 20LBS since i started work there over a month ago.
and my brand new jeans are slipping off me. even my work jeans falls halfway down my ass when i work now. lol. and they used to be tight, and now i need a belt. |

I went from a Size 38(265 Pounds) to Size 32(175 Pounds) in less than a year. Right now im 195 still a size 32 though. Just have to get rid of this damn spare tire.

In highschool I was the fat kid, i was 5'9 and pushing 200lbs. In grade 12 i started eating right, playing sports twice a week, and drinking TONS of water. I found that by doin this, (the exercise in particular) I was able to speed up my metabolism. So now I burn more calories just sitting around. I am now 6'0 and 168lbs and am desperatly trying to GAIN weight. :S

i need to loose 38lbs and fast!!! i have changed the way i eat....i have stopped with all the sugar and dips and sauces...thats a huge start...plus east fruit in the morning as it clenses ur system out in 20 min. and if eat more a day the better in smaller portions it speeds up ur matabilism aswell. also if u hate water then add some lemon to it...it helps as i hate drinking water.=) i have lost i think 15lbs in almost a month so far...and i have gone out and partied or anything. i use to be addiced to drinking like 2 cans of coke a day at work....still fight the urge to drink pop...i have slipped a few times and got sprite...ooopps

I found that if you acutally cut ur portions down and eat more healthier it definatly helps...can still eat all the stuff you want but just in smaller portions...
i also heard though that its better to have like 5-6 little snacks (like salads n fruit and veggies) through out the day then to have 3 whole big meals.... |

man i really have to learn to get motivated during the week when i work..i always find my self so tired after working for almost 9hrs from being up at 6am....rush hour traffice home making dinner...man i have to try to motivate my self to go for a jog after...how do u do it!!! im going to have to try this would be a huge way for me to loose this chubbb alot faster...grrr
