The sound of sirens...

such as a fire truck, a police car, and especially an ambulance, do any of those sounds ever give you chills, it always gives me chills, because i start to worry. i just heard a firetruck in front of our house, followoed by ambulances, i didnt like it one bit.

Like when im rockin out to some breakbeats and an ambulance goes by, usually i just think its part of the song and it sounds sweet.

im not talking about it sounding sweet, im talking about it giving you chills, like someone is getting hurt, or injured, or losing theri things in a fire, or maybe possibly even someone has died. it is just so scary to think about that.

i just worry about people too much.

its just really wierd, i dont believe in fate, but i believe in karma. so i think with me its just that i feel that if i care and worry about others, others will do the same for me. its just the way i see things. and i dont think its something i can change.

living beside a hospital none of that fazes me anymore. i remember getting really scared when the helicopter landed in the park right in front of my house. i didnt know what the hell was going on. but then it became a daily occurance. so now i dont even hear it anymore

Everytime I hear a siren I say a lil prayer. I'm not the most religious person, but I feel it can't hurt. I wish saftey for both the rescue workers and the person(s) in distress.

On a related note, Mississauga is almost eerily quiet in that regard. I don't think I've heard a Siren in months. Seen Ambulances and Cop Cars go by with their Lights on but no noise. Heck, even Downtown Toronto I haven't really heard much, and there's more People killing other People out here. lol
