and from personal experiance, in past relationships when i have waited (or have not became intamte with)the end result of the relationship was good, still friends, cival, respectful etc...

Why bother giving something like that a second chance? Relationships that turn to being solely about sex could mean that there was nothing else more interesting to intrigue either members beyond their physical needs. A good relationship starts with a strong foundation where you can fulfill each other's mental, physical, emotional and possibly spiritual needs.

If you're waiting to see if you can trust him - don't bother because it's not worth the drama and head games. Find a guy that's got enough balls to bring a good relationship to the table.

you are still young and if you want to see for sure i say go for it. sure you will probably see why you broke up and it was only about sex within a few days but at least you know for sure rather than thinking what if. as for waiting for sex, you already know what it is like, so i'd say hold off and actually get to know him because that is your intention in the first place.
