Don't ever say that. I would hate for that to happen. To anyone who has traveled to Seattle, you know that Vancouver is known for his dancers.

i had an amusing time at simple

although the party wasn't top notch (out of the past 3 simple's i've been to, this was the weakest [although the headliners were a little better than last years disappointing 12 year old pudgy fucker]), it was still a decent party.

i think it was a vietnamese holiday last night, cuz the plaza was pretty vacant. *omg i'm gonna get stabbed for typing that*

the setup was alright. i can't say i didn't like the idea of using the upstairs entrance as the jungle/breaks room, cuz it really doesn't matter where they put it as long as there's room to dance. however, a plaza party without the theater room is like i dunno... just fucked up... and there were too many lights on in the jungle/breaks room... jungle room should be dark ... cuz it's the jungle and stuff...

/me does monkey dance

i spent 1/2 the night wandering around finding/losing my gf
and the other 1/2 watching ricey OD... which was really depressing to see (it's depressing to see anybody party unresponsibly).
and the other 1/2 of the night (yes there are 3 halves, wanna fight bitch!?!) i was outside smoking like a chimney...

omg ... shoutouts later...

waiting inside for the party to start was interesting..i was trying hard to keep myself from falling asleep..

marty and adam spun a great set...everyone who was in there early seemed to be dancing..=)

dj antoine...he made my night..his set was awesome..we were all flailing, jumping and screaming during his whole set!!..

a lot of the time i spent dancing from room to room and wandering around..great seeing everyone!!..had lotsa fun!!

WOW.... DJ Antoine... amazing.. that sums it up.. his set was so .... DAYAM!!!!
Can I get a witness up in here!?!?!

anyways.. from the outskirts.. they closed the theatre room haha... and they put it in the lobby beside ... but u know what.. mroe dance space!! it was nice.. about half the people comapred to spooky... so you can actually move around... this party I thought was very fun.. considering what i went through this weekend.. I had a blast.

The lasers was off the hook in the main room...
This was my best party since... last year's spooky...
so.. yeah i enjoyed this a hella lot...
and i got to hear punk! HAHAHAH YEAH!

The party in general was a good party i thought.

Sounds and lights were nothign to really impress me or to say that they werent up the the high quatily that you get with the Twisted parties but i found nothing to strike me to top the ordinary.

The room set up was nuts. I really thought that this would have been a better idea in my mind if they put the stage in the theather room. I was hearing a few things going around about why they couldnt for this party but i still really liked havnt the breaks upstairs and house and other stuff the way that it was. I am not saying to keep it that way forever but it was a nice change to the past parties to which i have been.

I loved the stage set up. Following with the theme of the night the stage was rocking with pillars and statues. Very cool in my eyes. Mabye the pillars could have been a little higher or the stage pushed up a little more. Just for effect. But loved the look.

As for the "lacK" of people i dunno what to really say. Sure you wanna have a party fill up but sometimes you just wanna have that extra room to dance and other stuff. It was a nice change to be able to move where you wanted to when you wanted to. Not to have to push your way though the crowd or whatever was great. But then again not having it filled up to its "normal" amout did mean out that you didnt get to meet the new people or whatever or see your friends.

Comic Gate was not disipointing. I found his set just to be everthing i expected from him.

Hirshee was great! Went off to 90% of his set and had a blast going off.

Dont wanna post about each DJ but i gotta give ya a shout out guys. You did a great job from what i was hearing! Loved the music of the night.

I meet alot of great new peopel from the board and from parties long ago. Meet up with firends i hadnt seen in awile and got back in touch with them.

Overall I personally had a great time. Cant wait ~

I wasnt at this party but i would like response to the "Where was everyone" comment

Twisted should take a break for a while, really all these partys are feeling the same because its the exact same thing every time. Maybe they should take a little break from parties and throw a club night or somthing.

I really think their NYE party is a mistake, seems way to thrown together.

this isnt a flame, i have supported Twisted for 4 years. this just makes sense

PS: what the fuck is wrong with masterplan....every sound system i have heard from them in the last half hear as sucked ass. Christ are they training new Engineers or somthing?

Lol wow why dont they just stand outside the rave and play. I agree with the other its the same old thing from twisted all the time. Sure plaza parties are fun but i mean there has to be change that's what makes things fun. I havent had sleep for 3 days and i went to Simple last night and still havent had any sleep. Why host NYE at fucking plaza. hurting like to see them hold 7000 people in there it was bad enough dancing at spooky even more people (bar star's) show up at NYE. Hurting

breaks room was phat once cinto hit the decks. fuck man the last half u guys kept on hittin up the funky ass beats!!! thanks!

house room was good but i missed antoines set and i hear he did a great job.

main room..... ive realized how much ive grown to hate hardhouse and trance! sure its great for the first couple times u go to parties but its not for me, breaks boy all the way baby!

bboys were awesome im glad i had my friends cam so i could tape all that! ive learned a couple new moves frum u guys.

omega: nice seein u again, hope ur spinnin career goes up and up and i hope to see u headlinin!

winston: saw u for like 2 secs, nice 2 see u again man.

j'nette: wassap?!? nice bustin wit ya in the breaks room. havent seen u in hella so that was a plus :p

overall awesome time, some ups and downs but that comes with every party. man, sleepin for 12 hours is great but its 12am on mon! shiet, well more sleep now, cya.

Chill y'all! Those boys playin some hack are pretty good buddies of mine...Why does it matter what they spend THEIR money on? They've got extra $$$ kickin around, so if they wanna hac while they're all high, but still be enjoying the hard house they were hearing, let 'em!! I know that when they weren't hacking, they were dancing their asses off!! In other words, they spent their "chillin/takin a break" time still being semi-active, rather than lie down all over the place!! Props to the hack-e-sackers!!

I had a fuckin great time, as I enjoyed what I was hearing on all stages!! Didn't pay much attention to the headliners upstairs because I was spending huge amounts of stored energy on going off to DJ Antoine!!! Highlighted by people jumping and screaming like schoolchildren!! hehe, it was great: Kenny smiling away and Oliver (Junglet) getting his free CD!!!

Dabbler's set with MC VA got my night rollin nicely!! The breaks from Cinto and Precise were fucking dope!! I thought I tore my achiles tendon at one point in time I was dancing so hard!!

Better Hardhouse than I've heard at Plaza in quite some time

Overall, a wicked time!! Here's my Shouts: I had fun with all of you that know me and saw me!

Peace

you know this is a pretty good idea..maybe twisted should throw a party every two months instead of every month..it would make the party kids more excitied for every party. thus ensuring a tite vibe..plus azim dosn't have to worry about losing money because some people get tired of going to parties. let other people pick up the slack.

Well, overall I had a great time at this party...but really, now, how could I not? I enjoyed the music, had a great time dancing, hung around with and met lots of kewl peeps and...most importantly...got to have a great time with one of best friends who was visiting from the UK. Proving that often its the people who make the party. Would I have had as good a time if she wasn't there? Probably not...but that's not to say that it wasn't a good party...but rather that her visit elevated the event to a higher level. Had a great time with all the other peeps I hung with and met as well.

Visuals? What was provided wasn't bad...seen better seen worse...although the visuals that my mind was generating were definatly on an other-worldly plane.

Size of crowd? I kinda liked the fact that I had lots more room to dance than at other parties...and at times I almost felt like the night had more of a 'small-party' vibe than it should have...so I didn't have a problem with it.

I was a little disappointed with the 7AM ending...especially since I thought it would go until 8 and would have made an extra effort for one last flail on the dance floor before the nite was through instead of hearing the music slow down and exit mid-way through a bathroom visit.

But once again overall a great night!
