Vancity needed this event, a solid massive.
Highlights for me were: Cinto dropping some original funk in the morning (good shit buddy I wanna promo, sick) Having actual intellectual convos at a fukn massive And let's not forget the hoochy who bore all for a bunch of horny sweaty dudes in the smoke pit screaming "girls gone wild" (what an awsome excuse to get naked) as she shook her money makers, there was like a barage of flickering camera's for a while, AND NEAL I KNOW YOU GOT PICS BWAHAHAHA!!! :hehe: good times :keebler: |

IMF was everything it was hyped out to be.
The main room setup was SICK! I have never seen the PNE like that before. Future Breeze was great spinning some epic tracks. Johan Gielen was OK.. bit of a snoozer. Darude was better than I could possibly imagined. Excellent. :y: Dumonde was fantastic. Loved their set. Thanks to Shy Brothers and Uh-OH for putting on one wicked party. I missed the FnK meet since no one grabbed the blue haired flailer from the main room. :( Sorry peeps. I'm so damn sore right now it isn't even funny... time to sleep and recover. Grandmaster Flail has just left the building... |

My highlight of the night was hearing a VAST variety of breaks thrown down that night and having the crowd eat up every second of it! (ie TIPPER!!)

I was impressed wit darude and damonde and hirshee! I had sore contacts and my eyes were all red..Too big for my likeing..the vibe wasnt there. Sorry for all that had to see me bawling in the morning...after this party I will be the first to say this...lets not rave real soon! It was nice seeing a bunch of fnkers..the meet was kinda scattered thou! haha,they all were out to meet the kimmay candy! finally you guys got too meet me. Thanks to the people that tried to make my night wicked! you guys are the best! There were no cuddle puddle and NO DEALS! hugwhore you were the best last night!! I was super impressed wit the amount of love! welcome to sketchy sunday! woot! *ZzZz*

Anyways, I had an awsome time. Everything was awsome. I loved the people who I was around and the vibe they were giving. Props to everyone! Some highlights: -Jovi and Erin when they were doing their little bird dance, that was awsome guys! Made my night totally. -using Neal's New digi cam, hehehe ohhh fun! -finding flashy thingys -Watching this chick let all these guys take off her clothes and even her pants. (yes Neal has pics) And then in the morning seeing her walk around in bare feet in the smoke pit, eww -Getting a picure with Future Breeze -Getting autographs from Johan Gielen -Having my own washroom the whole night because most people didnt know it was there. -Wearing my lil glowstick ears. Hehe it was a good way to find me Yea thats all I can think about right now.. hehehe Rave On! |

I had a decent time. Met some cool people.
The main stage was a pretty crazy setup. But what the fuck was with the half-assed attempt at a fourth stage? 2 12s and 2 tiny tops playing for people going into or leaving the smoke pit. In a fully lit area. Smart move on the promoter's part, spending around $200 to get 15 DJs to flyer, sell tickets, bring out all their friends to the show. Talk about cheap labour. I may be wrong about this, but what other motivation would there be to toss together such a shitty setup at an otherwise impressive party? I can only imagine what the 5th stage would have been like. But it's okay, they were just locals right? Gimme a break. |

^^Wow man chill out. I didn't realize that there was a wrong way to party. One of the coolest things about the scene is the huge variety of people that have a blast in their own way. One of the lamest is those that feel they need to call others on every little thing that's not "cool". It's the people like her that keep the scene alive, and will more than likely end up playing some sort of key role in the future. So let the girl have her fun. That's what this is all about isn't it?

i haven't been to a party in 3 years...
got what i expected... was hoping for a little more funk out of faline, but i was still impressed with the set. met up with my cousin at her 2nd party there, and we got to listen to some of his oldschool which was a nice treat. f&k ripping it up in the usual fashion... nice work guys, i had a blast. layin down some fat beats like back in the day. carrie, nice to see you as always, maybe when i see you next you'l have more time for ole cheechie. to those 3 little angels in the silver skirts... i had a blast, hope to do it again sometime in the near future.. for those i saw/met, had a great time, for those who could not attend... there's always next year ;) cheech |

was i like the only one who didnt really have fun at IMF?? it was too fuckin sketchy for me after 4:30 am all i did was sit in the bleachers with my sketchy friends ... 2 popped, 1 was hella fuckin sketchy, ones was hella fuckin tired cuz it was his first rave, and the other one just sat there lol ... i gotta say a big fuck you to ticket organization and shit ... when i came to the vip lineup they tell me to go to the ticket booth and get a wristband.. ok i do that.. when me and my friend go there they tell us to go get our wristbands at the vip lineup .. ok wtf... they dont have wristbands there.. so i ended up going in w/o VIP privlages and i didnt see a vip area anywhere.. iunno maybe i missed it... main stage setup was sick ... johan gielen, future breeze, darude, and dumonde was sick ... althought i could have just stayed at home cuz they played no new songs or shit i havent heard before.. i could have just listened to my mp3s lol |

I was hoping to hear some new stuff too.
Darude was refreshing since his was a live set but I nailed every track Dumonde laid down last night. I guess that is what happens when you listen to a bunch of their live sets prior to a show. Trauma was sick... God Music and Can You Dig It are personal favourites. |
