Josh you're a good guy and I don't mean this against you regardless if this was a good party or not people have been losing faith in parties for a while now. Mainly because so many underground parties have been busted which is a total waste of the ticket payers money. The one thing we should be able to say is that a fully legal event should happen at the venue that it was promoted to be at. The permit process is very easy to deal with What happens is now people who lost faith in the underground scene will also start to lose faith in these guaranteed legal parties as well Mat .........Kids should not throw parties! period. I don't mean to be harsh but take it easy and try to learn from others before you try to throw another party I hope you realise you don't know what you're doing and hopefully in a couple years you can try again |

hey all, well it was another night of danciness and fun YAAAAAAAAAAA, except that there was alot problems and confusion bout where the venue would be, it was kind of irritating, one person says like 2 hrs before the party that the venue is confirmed and its legal, then some other dude says other wise it was fucked. then we fuckin get there, and theres a 7 seater van and a four runner i guess ready to take 400 hundred people to the party, i was a little worried bout it gettin busted cuz of this, but it all turned out well. ASHES U R MY GIRL AND I FUCKIN HEART U SO MUCH BABY, I HAD SUCH AN AWSOME NIGHT WITH U, AND UR MAN AND AJ U ALL ROCK HARDCORE, WE GUNNA BE SISTAS FOREVER, ALL OF US SAGITTARIOUS WE RULE, and didnt i tell u they would all be nice in person, and i was right, :200: we have to kick it soon, get ready to PARTY at DOOMS NIGHT, and me and bonnie will most def be coming down there for all of our b-days to show those seattle kids how its done, LOL J/k, u know how to rock it out, much love to u babygurl. and ill be callin u soon kk. margie and sam good seeing u as usual, DRUNK ASSES! hehe. props to Azim, Tazix and Sonny Chiba, kid kaboom for rippen up the decks, if i missed anyone sorry im still a little fuckered, MUCH LOVE TO ALL OF U. see u all at check your step. peace, time for sleep.

Yeah UNeeK was alright. Really good turn out compared to some parties. Good job guys except for the lack of security at the door. When a bunch of loud really drunk wigger dudes showed up (twice) there were only 2 girls at the door to fend them off, and they were being pretty aggressive. Yikes.
Good music, except for one dj that really kept messin up (trance/techno in the small room). But some sets were cut short and some dj's out enitirely because there was two rooms instead of the original three. But yeah it was alright. Excellent lazers! That place is always a classy joint!! |

Had a fuckin blast playin at this party. I don't think i've played that good in a while.....loved it! The setup in there was fuckin sick!!! Sound was wonderful and people were lovin it. Good job boys!! See everyone next week at Check Yo Step!

It was an interesting night, when I first got there things were pretty chill. Music wasnt all that bad, as the night went on it started to get better.
I'd have to say it pulled through quite nicely, yes their were some problems with the venue at the beginning but it all worked out. No it didnt have the whole Maritime effect but at least Josh and Matt made it happen. I must say both did an awsome job dealing with the shit they had last night. Oh and to the asshole that slashed Matt's tires, I must say its pretty lame of you to do something so childish like that. I thought that you would have had more class then that. OMG! I met ASHES! hahaha. (Fnk pictures to be posted.) I actually made a list of all the things at the party that got me frustrated, wanna hear sure u do! hahaha. 14 yr old newbies, No needles in small room (at the beginning), Total power outage, Girls having sex with boyfriends in hallways, CAPPA matching tracksuits, Soothers, No ventilation, No Fans, Posers!, Creepy Guys (oh gawd they were everywhere!), Freaks that were grinding, Guys kissing each other cuz high, and some damn girl was dancing around throwing sparkles! WTF!! [end of rant] Shouts to everyone I saw! Especially the ones I hate. ;) |

/yawn ha just woke up n stuff. Had an okay time, but there was some serious problems with the setup and venue. The trance/house room didn't have needles for the first hour of the party. Everytime they tried to turn it up a little, the power went out and the overwelming sound from the breaks room was just too much. All those hip-op guys scared the fuck outta me, or was i the only one? At one point there was a fight and blood everywhere. You wont catch me at a hip-hop stage anytime soon. Between the speaks going out, records skipping and agro wiggers, it was a trip. Lights and visuals were okay, last week was way better though. ~
Hirshee played some good stuff when it wasn't getting turned off. I was kinda surprised at your scratching haha it was nice. Mr.Sin and Cryus played a pretty good set as well, brought back some of the old and some of the new. I missed remedee/dtn8r's set cus i wanted to get some air n stuff. I heard it was good as well. Sonny Chia played some odd ass stuff omg, was like old vocal but fast. Kid KABOOM! haha, dont take it bad, i dont think anyone knew you were going to play hardcore. Azim played some bangin' tunes as usual. ASHES!! omg it was worth the crappy night just to see you haha!! Someone had better get those pictures on the net, i want a copy. Tct69 it was good meeting you and hope to see you at some other parties. PwInCeSs and ~Sc@ndelu$~ , you guys gotta bring amy out more $$, she was fun and Neal and I had fun with her glow toy. Cinist what no hug? Insomiak want a light show wtf?.. Electron it was good seeing ya again, i hope your coming out to halloween as well. And all the rest of the Fnker's that i saw, it was good to party wit ya. |

I have been observing and learning from many various promoters for about a year now (Both legal and underground), and I still dont have the guts to throw a party, especially when I have no cash (...also to add, being dependant on ticket sales alone is iffy...real iffy). On a good note though I hope to see another party from you guys in the future...that will actually stick to the intinerary originally planned. Wow im done my ranting, take care. |

to all the ppl who think oh shit if this party was promoted as a legal party and it turns out not to be don't think that other parties by diff promoters will be like this...thats the reason why undergrounds aren't doing as well cuz ppl judge it cuz of other undergrounds being busted...this type of party is a tru example of lack of organization...kinda like fever by GLOW productions...not to be so rude bout this but hey u just gotta say wuts on your mind....take daves advice and learn more bout throwing parties next time k...
