I must have mistaken Sean for the pimp who was out recruting ho's. My bad. Sean doesn't have much luck with the ladies. There is no way he would be surrounded by a bunch of cheap looking whores...i mean well dress ladies with class. Last edited by Tea; Aug 17, 05 at 05:20 PM. |

Thanks for checkin it out! What do you like about it?
For those who don't know, the above mentioned mix can be found here: --------------------- Hey! Thanks for your time! Below you will find my new CD. CLICK HERE FOR: Sean Gallagher - Open For Business... http://www.poundit.ca/sean/seangalla...orbusiness.mp3 (right click & save as to download mix) I took almost a year off of DJing to focus on my business and some other things that I had going on in my life. Now that things are cruising along with the business and I have access to thousands and thousands of great tracks I figured that now was a great time to get back to my favorite hobby: Djing. Since my last mix my sound has changed a lot and I have taken on a deeper dubby housier sound. Be warned, this set starts off really grooving, there are a lot of funky basslines and a fair amount of vocals and it builds up into some bigger and more dance able tracks. The job of the opening DJ isn't to play the biggest tracks or to play really hard to get the crowd dancing. This CD starts off slow just as I would playing early in the night to set a great atmosphere and mood for the evening. This is the type of music that I like to hear at the beginning of the night as the doors open (for business) and people arrive. People in the club want to start off by getting a drink, mingling with their friends and my job as the opening DJ is to play the soundtrack for this and then to eventually build it up so that they eventually start to dance. When I play for the entire evening I do pull some of the bigger and more recognizeable house tracks out of the bag for peak time but that is not what this mix was intended for. Please feel free to leave any feedback that you can. I appreciate any support and any constructive criticism that you can give! Furthermore, feel free to burn it or pass it on to your friends or people in the industry. Thanks in advance and enjoy! ~Sean |

I liked all the good soulful vocal tracks you used. It was a nice surprise to see that you chose to start the mix off with 'finally', that's an old favourite of mine. Plus i really liked the track that mixed in about 15:31 into the set(i think it's called sunrise?). The remix of 'sexual healing' also stood out for me. That was a good remix.
Thanks. |

Hi Cory.
Thanks for the listen! I don't have a track listing but that track @ 27 mins is: Andy Caldwell - The Waiting Game or the Andy Caldwell remix or something. I'm playing this Friday Feb 23rd @ Ginger and then Saturday @ Century house (465 Richards or something in the 400 block) one block up from Red Room. :) Thanks for the kind words Tigran |
